Family Group secretary

As the Family Group secretary, one of my duties is to keep track of what happens in the family group reunion I work in. Individually, I keep a rollcall of the people that are in the family group each Thursday. As a group, I have to be on the same page as the Assistant Director and as the Director of the Family Group. If I disagree with how something is being done, I must talk to the Assistant Director, and they go to the Director of the Family Group.

When the supervisor wasn't present, I took the person's contact information and a short explanation of the reason why they were calling the office. Then, I relayed that information to the supervisor.

Performed photocopying and printing tasks when needed by the supervisor of the Archiving Dept.
