About me
Arimar J. López Limas
I was born in Puerto Rico, where I lived until Fall 2017.

While living in Puerto Rico, I studied at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico-Ponce Campus (PUCPR) from 2015-2017. I worked as a Peer Mentor with Pathways to Academic Success Title-V. I mentored undergraduate students enrolled in the General Chemistry I course, during Spring 2016. Later, during the Fall semester, I worked as a Clerical Assistant at the Encarnación Valdés Library (the university library). Lastly, I also participated in veterinary field practices (GESC courses), where I learned to work in a fast-paced veterinary clinic.
I transferred to the University of Central Florida, in 2018, and graduated in May of 2021. I participated in the Honors Undergraduate Thesis Program, at the University of Central Florida from Spring 2020 - Spring 2021, in which I developed a unique thesis regarding the visual system in hard-bodied ticks, with the help of my thesis committee.

I made this website to document my academic, and non-academic experiences as an undergraduate student throughout my college career. A background of my education is also provided within this website. In addition, I made my skills available, in case you're interested in learning more about what I have done.

Besides being a college student, I actively participated in Iglesia Victoria En La Cruz, where I serve as an usher, among other duties, since 2018.
