Clinic Wellness/Surgery Assistant at Alafaya Clinic

In my experience as a volunteer at the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, Alafaya Clinic I've had the opportunity to meet new people that will help me advance my career. In the time I've been in this position, I've learned how to check clients into the clinic, with the ClinicHQ Software. Besides helping the clients check-in, I've also helped the staff by organizing the files of the upcoming weekly surgeries. I've divided the surgery documents into their respective categories (dogs, and cats). Lastly, I've also helped interpret information for clients from Spanish to English & vice-versa, when necessary.
